At Gold’s Gym Kippa-Ring, we believe in the power of fitness to transform lives and strengthen communities. This week, we invite you to join us in a series of engaging events designed to inspire and
motivate everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or previous gym experience. Discover how you can make a positive change in your life and in your community.

We are excited to open our doors up to the community and allow everyone to visit our gym for free and allow us to add value to their life through activity, education and community.

Detailed Schedule
Day 1: Kick-Off - Monday

● Morning: Live social media video to introduce the week’s activities.
● International Protein pop up stall in club (PM)
● Group Session : Mindfulness & Wellness sessions, including Mobility and Pilates classes.
● Workshop: Stress Management and Mindfulness Session - Dan Carter 6pm

Day 2: Strength Training Day- Tuesday
● Group Session Theme: Strength & Conditioning
● Workshop: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workshop Tuesday 6pm - 11th - Camila Morabito

Day 3: Cardio Day - Wednesday
● Group Session : Conditioning session tailored to all fitness levels.
● Workshop: Mental Health and Fitness Connection Seminar Wednesday 5:30 pm - 12th - Lochie Brophy

Day 4: Flexibility & Recovery Day - Thursday
● Group Session : Focus on Mobility and Pilates for recovery and well-being.
● Workshop: Mobility, Flexibility & programming Clinic, Thursday 5:45pm - 13th - Kylee Sanson

Day 5: High-Intensity Interval Training Day - Friday
● Group Session : HIIT sessions including Tabata to boost cardiovascular health.
● Workshop: Mind body Nutrition Supplementation and Meal Planning Workshop Friday 8:30am - 14th - Michael Hemingway

Day 6: Closing Festival - Saturday
● All Day: Join group workouts and a community fitness challenge.
● Special Highlights: Door prizes, retail sales, free coffee all day and a pop-up stalls from our supportive business partners


1. Nutrition Supplementation & Meal Planning - Addressing the importance of nutrition in achieving fitness goals, this workshop can cover topics such as macronutrients, meal timing, portion control, and creating balanced meal plans tailored to individual needs.

2. Stress Management & Mindfulness - With increasing awareness of the impact of stress on overall health and fitness, this workshop can explore mindfulness techniques, stress-reducing exercises, and strategies for incorporating relaxation practices into daily routines.

3. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Strength Training - High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has gained popularity for its effectiveness in burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness in a short amount of time. Additionally, strength training is becoming increasingly recognized for its vital role in enhancing overall fitness, building muscle, and improving metabolic health. This workshop provides participants with an introduction to both HIIT and strength training workouts, proper techniques, and sample routines that can be performed at home or in the gym. By combining HIIT and strength training, participants can achieve comprehensive fitness benefits and stay ahead in the evolving fitness industry.

4. Mobility/Flexibility & Program Design Clinic - Focusing on injury prevention and enhancing athletic performance, this workshop covers mobility drills, dynamic stretching routines, and foam rolling techniques to improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall mobility. Additionally, the workshop emphasises the importance of training programming, highlighting how a well-structured plan can be pivotal to success in the gym. Participants will learn how to create effective training plans tailored to their individual goals, ensuring a balanced approach to fitness and sustained progress.

5. Mental Health and Fitness Connection - Recognizing the interconnectedness of mental and physical health, this workshop can explore the benefits of exercise for mental well-being, strategies for managing stress and anxiety through physical activity, and resources for seeking professional support when needed.
